Due to the Union Soccer Schools’ objectives and unique format, there is limited enrollment. Players are encouraged to sign up early and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

    1. Convenience Fees will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
    2. Any money paid over and above the deposit, except the Convenience Fee, will be refunded prior to April 1, 2017.
    3. Cancellations on, or after, April 1, 2017 will not be refunded or credited.
    4. The Convenience Fee is not refundable once your confirmation email has been sent.



A photograph will be taken of each player and team participating in our full-day Camp experience. To purchase photographs, an order form will be made available during each session.


For families who choose to pack, players should bring their own lunch, snacks, and water bottles to camp. An insulated cooler or soft-sided insulated bag is recommended.


Multiple water coolers are easily accessible to all players throughout the day.


To help us ensure each child’s safety, a Health History Record must be filled out and signed by the camper’s parent/guardian, as well as a licensed health care provider. Your child’s Health History record must be returned within 30 days* after you receive your Enrollment Confirmation. Your child’s Health History Record must be reviewed and processed by our headquarters’ RN (registered nurse) before your child may attend camp. Please allow two weeks for processing. You will be contacted if additional information is needed. Our camp is staffed by a nurse who is on site when campers are there. We have many health and safety protocols which are reviewed annually by our Director of Nursing and our Medical Director. All of our policies, guidelines and standards are in compliance with guidelines established by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

*Please note: If you receive your Enrollment Confirmation on or after May 18 (within 30 days of camp’s opening day) we must receive your child’s completed Health History Record as soon as possible to allow the time needed for review and processing by our headquarters’ RN before your child may attend camp.


Before Union Soccer Schools begins, all important Union Soccer Schools-related materials and your player’s official uniform will be distributed at Orientation. The dates, times, and locations will be announced.
