At Union Soccer Schools, we take pride in being a soccer camp for everyone. With a very versatile, diverse and experienced staff, we have the ability to teach soccer to someone who might be kicking a ball for the first time, and also enhance the all-around skills of the most experienced camper who is preparing for his or her high school or team club seasons.
With that being said, Union Soccer Schools implements a Monday morning evaluation process to start camp. Initially, we group each camper together in their division by age. We spend about an hour every Monday morning watching our players in short-sided games. If our staff collectively identifies a camper that would benefit in an older division, they are invited to move up to the higher division to play with other campers of similar skill levels. This regrouping allows campers to continue to develop his or her soccer skills and truly take their game to the next level.
With our first few days of camp underway this week, we’re excited to see what the rest of the week brings!
